  • PQWL Complete Core Barrels
We have comprehensive stocks of all sizes, dimensions, and every QWLU (Underground) core barrel and inner tube heads.

WIRE-LINE GROUP AND TSM SPARE PARTS

Wireline drilling equipment, core barrels, and overshots are used in deep drilling wells worldwide due to their general advantages. RPM Drilling provides attractive price advantage, quality products, and fast service with the high-quality raw materials used in its production. All spare parts for core barrel groups and inner tube heads of all sizes are available in our stocks in a complete manner.

SHIELD, SHIELD SUB, PORT CROWN

Shield crowns are placed between the drill and the core barrel and are used to scan the borehole. When the outer diameter of the port crown drops below that of a new drill diameter as a result of wear, it should be replaced. Thus, the drill can be prevented from jamming in the borehole where the diameter drops. Port crowns also ensure the centering of the core barrel. Port crowns are available for all sizes and types of core barrels.

Drill Bit Crown

Drill Bits and Crowns are drills made with tungsten carbide diamonds, suitable for all diameters. They are typically preferred for soft soils and short distances. Additionally, they are available in closed drills used for faster progression without core sampling.

Core Sampling PDC Bits

PDC bits are resistant to heat, pressure, and abrasion, and are used to increase drilling speed in soft, medium, and hard formations. They are particularly useful in hard formations where impacts from excessive vibration can cause breakage of the cutting edges. PDC bits are manufactured to withstand high pressures and temperatures (up to 1200°C), maintaining stability and resistance to breakage and wear. For core sampling operations, our PDC bits also deliver superior performance across varying formations.

Impregnated Diamond Bits

Impregnated diamond bits are manufactured using synthetic diamonds distributed within a metallic matrix. BEISSEN impregnated diamond bits are designed with various water channel configurations and a unique matrix structure, delivering high performance even in the most challenging formations.

Overshot

Overshots, a crucial component of the Wire Line system, are produced by RPM Drilling using high-quality raw materials. Our product range includes both surface and underground overshots in all sizes, tailored for various applications.

Segment | Segment Groove

The core holder segment groove is located at the bottom of the inner tube. The segment ring prevents the core from being pulled into the inner tube by the segment. The inner tube head is a critical component of the Wire-Line system, containing various systems. When the inner tube is placed inside the outer tube, the locks on the inner tube head engage with the armor on the outer tube. This prevents retraction while the inner tube is in operation, allowing for smooth retrieval of the inner tube between the rods. We have complete core barrels, spare parts, and all conversion equipment available in our stock.

Balancer | Stopper Bracelets

The **stopper ring** is a component placed at the end of the outer tube. It contacts the core barrel head’s stopper ring to ensure that the head remains in the correct position.

Drill Rods

Drill rods are placed to ensure that drilling is carried out effectively and safely. These components, positioned to move downward from the installed drilling rigs, are referred to as drill rods. Our drill rods, known as drilling rods, facilitate controlled drilling of wells when used with the drills attached to their ends. As key equipment in drilling operations, our drill rods are manufactured to API/OWL standards, reflecting world-class technology and standards.

Auger BorIng

Auger boring is one of the trenchless methods for underground passage. Compared to other systems, it is an older method. It is fundamentally applied by pushing a pipe horizontally into a tunnel created between the entry and exit pits.

PDC Diamonds

PDC diamonds offer a long drill bit lifespan. They significantly enhance drilling efficiency in high-hardness formations, such as sandstone. Their blades exhibit high wear resistance and impact toughness, eliminating the need for repairs and resurfacing. The design contributes to successful drilling rates by reducing the use of drill bit shanks and labor, thereby increasing construction efficiency.
